I am currently trying to use the throttle control on my second joystick (screwed out the stick itself) as a secondary control device.
However, il2 only seem to detect my primary joystick.

Any workaround on this? My guess is that it should work as many people use additional throttle controls as a secondary device?

What sticks are you using?

If the sticks show up in Control Panel Devices I would expect to be able to access them in CloD, but you are right, many use diferrent manufacturers Throttle and Yokes without problem.

You need reassign throttle axis for this second joystick.

Go to Options > Controls > Axis > select throttle and mouse click inside the new window, move second josytick throttle axis, and hit "APPLY".

If need, check invert box, and in slider bellow adjust sensitivity, deadzone...

CloD suport multiple controlers (Joy', throttle, pedal, quadrant, gamepad, button box...) I test winth 5 differents.

BTW - A "defective" joystick is good base for a DIY throttle. ;)

Appearantly is my spare joystick which seems to be the problem. Thanks for the info guys. Just time to get a new stick with a descent HOTAS I guess;)
