Hi all,
There is now a link in the details section of any channels you are flying in to direct connect to the server. What this does is bypass all the menu screens on start-up, and for those like me, that disconnect after every sortie to eliminate launcher.exe problems, your game will immediately shut down after exiting the server. (IE - it's faster!)
Using direct connect will bypass everything (in game menus, options screen) and directly connect you to the progress/loading bar to join the server.
If you look at the Nav bar at the top of the forums, you can also direct connect to the server there as well.
