NOT FINAL DRAFT! SUBJECT TO CHANGE! See Storm of War thread for official listing:

http://www.stormofwar.net/t764-mbob-rules-game-mechanics-and-victory-conditions-and-sign-up#7879

Here are some quick bullet points!

1 mission per week, mission lasts 4 hours with squads rotating in and out as required, available, needed....
Each team (red/blue) organises itself.
Historical targets and objectives.
Interactive radar for red.
Campaign starts in France and ends after the Blitz.
No AI bombers, all Human bomber flights!
Good selection of aircraft including the Blenheim IVF (fighter)
Historical force compositions enforced- plenty of crap planes and plenty of awesome ones!
Asymmetrical victory conditions for both sides, so can get a win win, or win loose, or loose win, or loose loose outcome.
Some missing land marks added.
improved spawns system being used.
FUN! Its really FUN!
"Frontlines" determines players fate, ie drowned, captured or escaped.
Stats for writing those after action reports you can't remember from the adrenaline.
Realistic flak placement as per British HAA sites and AA gets stronger as the campaign progresses.
using clod - best flight sim eva!
Penalties for loosing aircraft / dying or being captured, 15 mins and 30 mins... Making people care for their lives and not flying kamikaze...
Hoping to hear from allot of squads willing to take part. Lots of immersion and some competition for those that want it. Big focus on cooperation and team work, much like a real air force!
High skill level not needed, plenty of Squadrons with a range of skill.
Open to all squadrons! Come and give it a try! Dont be shy!

Hi Farber,

I understand that Karma has been involved in testing.

92 Squadron is definitely in for this. We will field between 5 and 10 pilots for each mission.

Good stuff Farber!

You should probably copy this to here as well: http://theairtacticalassaultgroup.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=125

That section is devoted just for events like this etc. even though this one says coming events also :D

Thanks Bliss, i know see there are two seemingly same yet separate areas for this kind of thing... Perhaps you would be a star and tidy this up for us all by moving this thread to the correct place. Thank you! :salute:

Nice one Farber :)) I will speak to the rest of our 56 Sqn RAF "Firebirds" as I don't think we would want to miss out on this!

Happy landings,

Talisman

Just a reminder to all red squads to check the RED-HQ on the SOW forums.
We need to know your preference for joining times, as well as your likely numbers.

There are also some documents for Squadrons to review regarding coms etc...

Thanks
Philstyle
