Not sure I understand your question, but the pseudo is "windowed" and not really full screen although it looks like it.

I use pseudo because I have a second monitor up and if I picked "full screen" my second monitor will go blank.

Really? That is odd, mine does not behave that way.
I run mine in full screen ( not pseudo), and my second monitor stays live - I display my monitoring software on it.

Now if I were to click on it, Cliffs would minimize, and I would have to click on it again on the main screen to get it to maximize again.
