A first for Windows?

Is this a first for a Windows 10 update? It actually fixed a Blitz problem rather than caused it. I haven't been able to launch the game since I can't remember when. At best it would stick on the Cliffs of Dover Blitz logo if it got that far. Tried every solution on every forum with no luck. I even set up a new partition with a fresh Windows install and nothing on it but Steam and Blitz but still nothing. Then the other day it decided to install the April update and I thought I would just try Blitz again and it started and ran perfectly. How weird is that?
