When you press the "I" key, does the engine crank?
If it does, but only "coughs and sputters", is your fuel cock set to the on position?
If the fuel cock is in the on position but the engine only "coughs and sputters" when you press the ignition key, is your throttle level set somewhere between 0% and 25%? If it's more than 25% this will also prevent it from starting!
If the fuel cock is in the on position, the throttle level is set somewhere between 0% and 25%, but the engine only "coughs and sputters," you can check to see that the magnetos are in the on position (they normally are switched on automatically when you hit the ignition, although I generally turn mine on manually before hitting the ignition).
If all the above is applied and your engine still only "coughs and sputters" when you press the "I" key, is there fuel in the tanks? The default when you enter any plane is 100% full tanks. You can adjust the amount of fuel in your plane by going to the "load-out" page. Maybe, for whatever the reason, your plane is being equipped empty. The rule of trouble shooting is always begin with the most basics
