Question about splines and the .misroads file

I'm very excited about the progress that's been made in decoding the maps and in the fact that TF boffins can actually make things using the map implementation thingies in the game. This is brilliant stuff.

    So...

I was wondering if there had been any progress in working out the "splines" as they exist in the game and as they can (or should) be usable in the FMB? (I think they got broken somehow in a MG patch?) And do we know what the .misroads file is for? (I'd guess that it's for sharing spline "textures" in any MP setting, but honestly I have less than not-a-clue, so I'd better shut up...)

Apologies if this has been asked before. Many thanks for all the work.

I was thinking the same thing Swallow. Here's to hoping we can use them in MP settings so we can get some really immersive airfields.
