Help with uploading

Hi Chaps,

I have a few good ATAG server videos, four ship Stuka raid etc, which I'd like to upload to tubeface or similar to share here but it says 1000+ hours to upload! It's 25gb, which might be the problem but I have a steady 3mbps upload speed. Is it Youface converting it or something?

My '218 squadron' vid was 557mb, and took about an hour to upload to youtube.

Windows movie maker compresses your GB Avi clips to mb.

What have you used to edit the clips?

Thanks old bean but I've not been trained in editing, do I need yet another wrinkle on me bum? There's not much room left for more wrinkles.

Perhaps I'll see if I can locate Windows movie maker and start there

Indeed! Just drop your avi clips into WMM and it has a direct link to upload to various hosting sites. It saves your 'movie' to a temp file in a compressed format then uploads directly.

You also have the option to save a high res copy to your pc, which I always do as a matter of course.

Then once you've finished, you can delete those enormous avi clips.

Compress it mate. MP4 is your friend.
