The Luftflotte 2 Board
The Stab I./JG 51 have created on its forums a board expressly dedicated to all the online Units and pilots that are accustomed to fly for the Blue side.
The idea borns from the fact that we noted that often the Blue community, while playing the flight simulator IL2 Cliffs of Dover on the various servers available around, has got some difficulties in organize herself and to gather pilots to play together in a efficacious way.
The intention of the Luftflotte 2 dedicated board is to provide an easy meeting point for all the Luftwaffe Units and pilots so to they can be able to meet, coordinate and play all together more frequently and easily in respect to now independently to server on which they prefer, or they are accustomed, to play during their online sessions.
The Luftflotte 2 board ( nor our Unit ), in fact, it's not in favor of this or that server...we are in favor just of the whole online community and we would like to try to provide a free place where all Luftwaffe units and pilots can easily team-up together and can coordinate to play together as much as possible to have the maximum possible fun in a climate of friendship, collaboration and unity!
Said in brief the intention of the Luftflotte 2 board is to offer a safe, reserved and easy to access place for the Blue side, common for all the Luftwaffe units, where is possible to say " Hey we are online, do you want to play with us? Do we organize a sortie together this evening? "
In addition, on the Luftflotte 2 board, new pilots joining the online community of IL2 Cliffs of Dover for the first times are welcomed to request help or dedicated training missions if they think it's the case...one of the online Units that have already joined the project, and that will join, will be more than happy to help you if possible!
Actually the online Blue units that have already joined this new project are:
I/JG2
II./JG1
E69 Squadron
=gRiJ= Squadron
Stab I./JG 51
=TIA= THE ITALIAN ACES Squadron
and other units are about to join soon! ( I've sent the first invitations to the Luftflotte 2 project just yesterday! )
Said so, our unit would like to extend the invitation to all the Luftwaffe units and Blue pilots playing online this amazing flight simulator!
Joining the Luftflotte 2 board it's very simple.
You need just to register to our forums ( just a valid e-mail address and a tag-name of your choice will be needed ).
Note that registering to our forums DO NOT IMPLIES REGISTERING TO OUR UNIT...it will simply grant you the chance to reply to the various topics of the Luftflotte 2 board ( " visitor " users category have not the permission to reply anywhere on our forums ).

Actually the Luftflotte 2 board is provided of password so, once you are registered, you need simply to send me a personal message here on the ATAG forums or via Steam ( my tag-name on Steam is: Stab I./JG 51 - Mölders ) and I will provide you the need password to access the board.
If you or the unit at which you belong may find interesting this project feel free to join the Luftflotte 2 board HERE or reply here...everyone is more than welcomed and there is space for all...certainly...if you play for the Blue side!
As possible reference that could help you in taking your decision here follows some examples of possible uses of the Luftflotte 2:
- If you are alone and you want to request to team-up with other Blue pilots or you would like to request to meet them on Teamspeak3
- If your Unit is online and want to team-up with other Luftwaffe units to play together
- If you are a new pilot of the Blue online community and you want to request help or assistance to be able to fly your German aircraft
- If you are a pilot with experience but you want to share your knowledge with other pilots to help them growing their skills and so on
As said these are just few examples of how the Luftflotte 2 board can be used.
