Just to add. There's no need to post or even register to download the TF MODs.
AND
Cloder is not needed if the TF MODs are installed.
Looking forward to the alternative RAF campaign. Even as an occasional (and very irreverant) simmer I think that the original was just embarrassing ....... Last mission was the icing on the cake . Although I easily managed to avoid the squadron of 109's that had taken off to welcome me and hightail it back across the channel, learning I had been killed after executing my 1st ever perfect (bounce free) landing , reminded me end scene in 6th Sense where the therapist (Bruce Willis) learns he was dead all along

In any case, this CloDer.exe don't work more in Windows 10 "Anniversary Edition".

For what matter CloD "vanila" is now definitively "dead".
Long live for TF CLoD.

Hello ad701xx, schwarzehund, Cristofer, kovager lisek245 & harley!!!!
Welcome to CloD and the ATAG community........... everyone.
As you have found out there is lots of good tips and information on the forum and if there is something you cannot figure out just ask here. We are a very friendly bunch and someone is always on hand to help you.
Although the single player missions are good try and get online as soon as you can. The real action is on the main ATAG server, Allies & Axis and that is where all the fun is to be had. It does not matter if you can't take off/land very well and work all the CEM on the different aircraft, someone will help you. There is a steep learning curve for CloD but that is all part of the fun.
So come and join us online, say 'Hi' on Team Speak and ask to wing up with someone to improve your chances of survival!
Look forward to seeing you 'up there' soon.

Hi all,
my first post here. Trying to learn to fly again after some years of sim racing.
Jussi.
Hi,
trying to get this interesting sim to run...
Markus
First post. Trying virtual cockpit soon.
Hello All
Hi All
quick hello. trying to get Cod working and found myself here !
Interesting site you have here
Regards
Hello chaps! I am finally getting into CLoD properly and hope to be on-line soon. Although I have been simming for a while (FSX and DCS most recently) I have yet to fly on-line and find the thought rather daunting. However, this forum is very welcoming and also encouraging so I shall dip a toe soon. I am still sorting out my settings, key bindings and so on. I am expecting massive sensory overload and more than a few "prangs" so please bear with me!
Just take comfort in knowing that all the teething problems, learnings, frustrating and small wins at first, have all been had be every single person on this forum and sim.
Enjoy. Its a helluva ride.
And most importantly, have fun guys.

ok
hello
But, I am a robot.
Great site. Helped me get CloD running on Win X. Thanks.
really?
Hi there. Thanks for the membership. This forum seems interesting
I would like to try out a lot of single missions in order to build up my skills before I go online.
I wonder if it's possible to rearm in single missions?
Best Regards
Bos
@Bos, @pilot183, @cato' @ripsaw_22, @EV Lee. Hello and welcome to the ATAG forum and to Cliffs of Dover.
I don't know if you are new to CloD or returning after a break..........no matter. You will find this community to be the friendliest and most helpful anywhere. The main thing is to have FUN!
My advice is to go online as soon as you can. I had never ventured online until March of this year and had been playing SP instead. What an eye opening experience it was when I did go onto multiplayer..............WOW!
The immersion and fun to be had with all the other players cannot be replicated. The added bonus is I have made many new friends who have the same interest as me, namely this awesome sim. I now regularly fly with the same group of guys and we have the best time ever.
So jump online, the ATAG main server, Allies & Axis and say "Hi" on Team Speak and you will be amazed at how welcoming everybody is. Don't be afraid to ask for help we have all been there (in my case continue to be). Wing up with someone as this will increase your chances of survival and remember...............HAVE FUN!
My good friend ATAG_Lewis will be along with his welcome post soon. Read through it as it is full of excellent tips and help for the sim.
So come and join us online, all are welcome and see what this brilliant sim has to offer.
