I use it quite often on my dogfights, specially if a opponent is coming with more E than i am.

Since we are on the subject of hints i drop mine also:

Imagine you check 6 and you see a spit dropping from altitude and he is around 5 o clock. To which side do i turn? Easy answer, to the same side he is coming from and tight, since he is dropping with more energy than i have. In that situation 3 main things can occur:

1 . He realizes he has too much E and goes up

2. He tries the shot but misses because of too much E

3. He cuts the throtle and trys to stay with you ---> Go to scissors if that happens. But in this situation not all is lost. To be able to stick behind the split alredy compromised the energy advantage he had previously.


Im still trying to get back in shape, after a few months away, but some "old dog" tricks got me to surprise a quite few opponents. And this one its part of my "repertoire".

I am just learning to build a repertoire from such maneuvers like scissors, etc.
I find it difficult to assess the situation and to know when I should be able to do a specific maneuver in the right time (and correctly flown)
But I think it helps to practice and learn, to learn and to practice ...

I think I have just pressed in the right moment, just in the right measure.
And had a lot of luck. I also did not think that I would survive this and had already prepared for the impact.

Hey mates, here are my last two videos from Cliffs.
The first consists of several sequences with the Me109, especially from the New Dawn Fades map.
The second is an attack with a formation of Ju 87 on the Dynamo card and is the first bet of two.
(second with Me110 C4-B`s) The second takes a while...

Granted, I'm not the best pilot and I do not know - in case of flying - if the videos are interesting.
But I hope that one or the other has a bit fun with my videos.
