    In connection with the a/m request a feedback is still needed.

    Enclosed please find the Vorschrift über die Lichterführung der Luftfahrzeuge from 1936. This provision was obligatory for all German aircraft, means civil an war planes.

    Green light on the right side. *
    Uninterrupted light over an angular distance of 115 ° degrees in the horizontal direction.
    Light intensity; 33 HK (Hefnerkerze) ≈ 30 candela.
    Visibility to about 8 km distance.

    Red light on the left side.*
    Uninterrupted light over an angular distance of 115 ° degrees in the horizontal direction.
    Light intensity; 33 HK (Hefnerkerze) ≈ 30 candela.
    Visibility to about 8 km distance.

    White light at the far end of the back.
    Uninterrupted semi-spherical in the horizontal direction.
    Light intensity; at least 5 HK (Hefnerkerze) ≈ 4,5 candela.
    Visibility to about 4 km distance.

    sorry it might be a little mistake, but :

    green (deutch =grùnes) light at the right / starboard side and red (deutch =rotes) to the left / port side (IMO / Colregs rules)
