Fellas. Long time no post. I'm excited to see the progress you've made.
And while I'm interested in the med theatre, perhaps the best stuff I've seen so far is the frames you published of a reworked England map with hedges.
To me this was always one of the bigger issues with this game. England never looked much like England. A big problem with a game called Cliffs of Dover.
What I hope this means is you will continue to work on and populate the England and - eventually - France map.
I'd love to eventually see 1941, 42 and 43 scenarios that have never really got much attention in any sim. Rodeos, Rhubarbs, etc.
Spit Vs vs 190As perhaps. Ultimately even strikes on France with early Hawker Typhoons and strafing with fast low level Alison-powered Mustangs.
At least I hope that's where your head is at.

I am so happy that the original map is getting upgraded as well. I hope we see some of those later time periods eventually as well. 6.0 perhaps as the IL2: 1942 patch?

Also, you have a very awesome username. It reminds me of my most used key stroke.

I never understood the light lime green colour used in the original game. Made the whole place look completely unrealistic.

Weren't the Schweinfurt Raids in 1943... ....no P-51D's back then.

Actually to be honest with you guys... I very much doubt we'll get past TF 7.0... by then the game engine will be too old.

But we'll hopefully have lots of interesting aircraft and scenarios for you in the future. But first we need to make TF 4.5 and 5.0 a success.
