Use a pic hosting site. I use www.tinypic.com

It will give you the img URL you need for full size pics. Just copy and paste the link into the thread your posting in. does it all for you.

How did you sedate the rear gunner?
When I am half as close as this my Spit gets ripped to pieces.

Re: Moving in for the kill

okay thanks spOOk, I do have a site I like to use I'll just have to figure a few things out

That's a good point about the rear gunner DerDa. I noticed I've been able to fly missions and I am pretty impervious to 'the golden bb'

Not sure why, the mission could have been created by HeinKill and he may have tweaked the AI?

Or I have my aircraft set to invincible, I'd better get that checked out lol !

There is some damage on the 111 to be seen. Maybe you killed the gunner already. His gun is pointing upward, not in your direction.

However, it is a great picture!

On the topic of rear gunners, hopefully the ai gunner for players in the 110 isn't as good as it currently is in SP. In sp ill make a pass on something and do no damage, then when i zoom, my gunner usually drills their engine somethin aweful even under high G.
I could see that being a complaint for sure

As far as I understood and remember the announcements of TFS in MP the gunners of pure AI planes will become somewhat less efficient, while the AI gunners of planes flown by humans will get better.

I don't know how this will affect SP gunners, whose skill level is set by the mission builder.

Re: Moving in for the kill

I'm really enjoying playing single player, and the main reason is extended dogfighting I'm able to engage in a target rich environment

The auto pilot and the time compression features lend to an enjoyable experience as well.

Having said all that I must check my aircraft vulnerability mode, I can see tracers flying all around me and I do take hits, but generally I'm feeling pretty confident out there.

If its possible to make the Do17 rear gunner any less efficient than it is already that would be a feat of coding equal to anything TFS has shown us so far!

Yup. Vulnerable mode was not checked off. A fresh install on my new computer

Tempted to leave it, what with all the broken plexiglass and missing ailerons, rear stabilizing surfaces, and half retracted landing gear

Wow that's an active situation coming up behind a group of 111's
