"6.0" I have to tell myself every.single.time. this thread gets bumped.

"I can haz A5 now?" my tiny mind "WhOOOOOOOOOPEEEE!!!"

then remind myself "6.0" and calm down a bit.

I'll be flying Martlet and P.40 and so on before I go dark forever. sage

Only need to model some holes and the gear lock into the gear bay and thats it.

Here 2 more renders from 2 different angles.

    Looks beautiful

And at the same time it makes me think how times have changed.

We used to build these with balsa and glue, fit them with a 7-cylinder / 4-stroke radial engine (still have one of those in perfect condition), a few servos, a receiver with a veeery long antenna, and off we went to our simulated aviation world.

Months to build, seconds to destroy (there were no "back-up copies").

    That’s evolution my friends...

Nice work, a good UV map is critical. What is the poly count of her?

For the fuselage just alittle over 15k, that is without the gear and such BUT it is including the gear and flaps well, so those details are included

Overall if id do the gear properly i would probably go just a little over 20k

I dont include gear for now because, uhm, the gear leg is 32 sided, which is grossly overkill

    canopy is another 600 tris
