Hello,
I have Windows 10. I can run the game great. However, whenever I get done with a mission or want to exit, when I hit the ESC key, I cannot any longer select menu items with the mouse.
Please advise. Great update otherwise.

Hello aus.
This is something that has affected me and a number of others.
Try changing from 'Full Screen' to 'Pseudo' in the game Video Options.
Not found out what is causing this but changing seems to work.
Good luck and enjoy 4.5.

Same here.
Besides that I cannot map any peripherals. It states MJoy - U-Axis even before I start mapping. In all axis.
The "pseudo" option seems to help most people.
Sadly I have not been able to replicate this issue and it seems as it affects some but not others which makes it even harder to pinpoint.
Have same or similiar problem: when I get out of mission with 'escape' - I 'm out of Game on Desktop ?!!
Changing to 'pseudo' in Video Options doesn't help.
Win 10, other things are running great!
OK, problem solved:
in 'controls general' the key "Exit the game" has to be deleted total, no "Alt+F4", no "Esc" ... nothing!!
All is fine )
Same issue as the top poster. I have multiple screens, could that be the cause? After Alt tabbing a few time I can use keys to drive the menu but still no mouse.
Someone at 1C or whoever owns the rights needs to send an email to Microsoft.
Until that happens a definitive solution will be elusive. Fall update introduced this, I'm sure if people know why they can solve it, but MS need to also help.

Just an idea...
There's a setting in the "conf.ini" (on the my documents folder) file for "mouse" that reads something like "capture=1".
From memory the options are:
0 = don't use
1 = use and capture
2 = use and do not capture.
Try changing it to "not capture".
This is useful also when you have more than one screen and want to be able to move your mouse to the other screen.
Will give it a try tomorrow, thanks

I can confirm that the last Windows update caused the problem and that removing the 'End Game' settings by themselves do not resolve the problem.
However, changing the screen from 'Full Screen' to 'Pseudo' did fix it. Thanks ATAG_Vampire.
And many thanks to the great effort put into this update by Team Fusion. Dedication above and beyond...
