    Weapon Loadouts aren't Saving

I spent a lot of time last night choosing weapon loadouts for all the fighters. For everyone I "Saved as" and named a custom profile. Today, there;s no more profiles and all the weapon loadouts are default settings.

    Is this feature not working?

EDIT: I think I know what went wrong. I did the "Save As" operation, but might not have Saved after. Just doing the Save As wasn't enough to commit it. I guess?

    Re: Weapon Loadouts aren't Saving

This is an annoying feature of the game still. My workaround was to copy a quick mission into my single missions folder and edit it in FMB. Select your aircraft Properties, go to Gunbelt and you can edit and save loadouts.

I used the loadout app to customize all my loadouts and tinker from within FMB. Works a treat!

I now have a couple of Gunnery training single missions for practice!

    Hope this helps.

    Alphapapa, over.

    Only just seen this.

I'm using my weapon loadouts just as before. Imported.

    it works exactly as before

I also now have new ones set up for new planes like the Huricane bomber fighter.

I save them.. they save. like they always did.

The game references the files in your "my documents" 1c softclub etc folder..... (the non MOD folder that is created when you first launch Blitz)

if you are importing files put them there (not in the steam root location of the game)

    Try this tool by StiC.

It works in Blitz, and sure makes life easy. But it is only for Brit fighters, so Hurri and Spit.

    No not Hurry and spit.....

    Hi Warpig ...

Before I make my world famous welcome post to you (below)...I'd just like to ask that if you like CLOD and BLITZ then its a good idea to leave a positive review (in any language) in the STEAM forum...That way we will get to see more of what the TFS have to offer in the future...It helps keep THE DREAM ALIVE!...

Also try youtube for startup procedures on all the aircraft...

I recommend getting in the online server as soon as you can take off if that's ultimately where you'd like to fly...I flew single player for 30 minutes before I took the plunge...The ATAG online server is a great environment to learn and there's not really any damage you can do in there as a new player.....It is also mission based just with real players trying to foil your objectives...If you are concerned then pick an airstrip furthest from the front line (there always is one or two on every map) and get some alt before you go hunting...You'll get tagged a lot but there are tricks you learn out of pure desperation in those first few weeks that you'll be able to use later...I know cos I still use the same tricks I learned then too because they work...and never underestimate the stall to get you out of a tight fix...That sometimes works too...

TeamSpeak is optional but you'll learn a whole lot faster with it even if you say very little once you are on the server...You are quite welcome to just listen if you feel more comfortable with that....so you don't actually need a mic either...Try it and see!
