The link in the topic for download files is now dead, but I find a version in my "junk" files, attached.
This tweaks is what is possible do in FMB, reducing the Rookie AI fire all their ammo in a long "spray and pray" and ACE do that i/F-16/UFO maneuvers.
This is not cure for that basic flaws of AI, e.g. a fighter group tasked to "Attack bombers" will ignore other fighters attacking then.
Or fighters with next waypoint as "NORMAL_FLY" will ignore other fighters attacking then - example the QM "Dogfight - Allies Advantage" wheres Hurricanes
jump a row of G.50 than continue their path ignoring the fighters firing at their six, they only react when reach the next waypoint tasked as " AATTACK_FIGHTERS",
and as all in CloD is 'Murphy Law' at their best, that QM has only 2/3 waypoints: NORMAL_FLY > AATTACK_FIGHTERS> NORMAL_FLY.
This issues require fix in game code.

I modify AI gunner skill in the QM - Bomber Intercept Channel - Low level (Hurricanes x Do-17), individually per plane and per gunner lowering then a bit to see in the mission became more survivable due the new "Laser aim computer" installed for AI.
But 1 bomber of the 9 has skilled gunners.
I want feedback about this mission, if worth do with others.
