Running Windows 10 and CLOD not blitz off of steam. I have 2 monitors extended and want to run CLOD on my second monitor. Even if I go into video options and select pseudo or full screen = Off it still comes up in full screen. How do I get it turned off so I can drag CLOD over to my 2nd monitor?

Do you have an Nvidia GPU? If so, try switching the monitor order in the Nvidia Control Panel.
