The meeting was and is arranged with RAF74_Buzzsaw. He is aware of the meeting and hasn't indicated there is or has been an issue.
I'll apologise on TFS behalf for the delay in the meeting starting.

Thank you for trying MP, we all know you care, we know it isn't for your want of trying.
Trust me, the TS leadership has had 30 minutes of total slagging off here, people have let out all their frustrations which they have personally experienced, especially from Buzsaw.
I expect ATAG mods will delete this and pretend it didn't happen, but it's all recorded.

My apologies for my lateness in arriving at the meeting.
There was some confusion on my part re. the time and whether it had been confirmed.
My bad.
We did talk for approx. 2 1/2 hours after I was able to get on.
These posts are at very different times. The OP was collectively made following a 35 minute wait for a TF rep. Shortly after it was posted Buzzsaw arrived, just before we were all about to leave. As a result we had a long and interesting meeting so obviously the context of this thread had changed totally.
One more thread that has no added value!

Maybe the takeaway is that people shouldn't be in such a hurry to jump down someone's throat. Things get confused, people get mixed up on times, or are simply late for some valid reason (such as having an actual life in the real world). How about we learn to cut others a little slack from time to time?
I also question the use of the word "customer" in this thread's title. To my perhaps unsophisticated (read American) understanding, this would imply some sort of financial obligation or promise exists between the parties. Did any of you pay TFS anything for 4.5? Maybe TFS will someday get some sort of financial compensation for all this, but not now, and probably not soon.
Spindinio, I can understand how you might be a little upset, but it does appear that you were satisfied in the end?
Others seem to have thought they could smell blood and couldn't wait to jump in. Knight, I'm looking at you. These people don't owe you a damn thing. It's a computer game, grow up.
