In the past couple of months (and week) both DCS and BOS have had BIG updates. Neither has gone completely smoothly and that's to be expected.
But when you look through the problems you realise that many things just don't come out until the widest player base is accessed and that's something that's impossible to do until some testing has been done. It also makes you realise that there are cases where devs must code to suit many different things not just things like windows and Dx builds (starforce for instance).
All in all, its complicated I guess even for devs who have worked, unfettered, with the same engine, tools and code for years.
So then its all the more incredible that Blitz is in the position its in having been produced by people with full time jobs and a source code that's akin being given a dictionary that contains all of the meanings but none of the actual words.
