The installation via Stream of the full game wasnt totally obvious for me (but wasn't totally fubar'd).
I had "Purchase" showing in the launch which I clicked only to be brought to some seemingly random promo page for lots of games. PS was right at the bottom of this page and I then had to navigate to the game's store page to initiated the download.
I should add that I had already pre purchased.

Asus Z390 MB, 32 GB Corsair RAM, 850 W Power Supply, Intel Core i7 9700K GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8 G and about a dozen squirrels running on a wheel that I sometimes forget to feed !
I must admit I have had no problems with the download on either of my rigs.
I just went into my game library, clicked download and away it went!
5.6GB took less than 15 minutes on one computer and two and a half hours on the other.
