    Aileron fire effect.

    Hi !

Are You guys planning to reduce fire effect of aileron ?
Now flames are a lot of too big. If I know it, aileron wasn't connected with fuel system or made with fuel.
This effect really made me wrong several times.
Once, I hit and fired 109's aileron, the flame was so big so I thought that I hit fuel tank and the fight is over. But after some time aileron stop firing and 109 was fine and still could fight.
This is one example from track of my mate lukasto90pl.

Yes, this has been sorted through. The fabric fire called the same effect as a fuel tank fire. They have been separated now and will call a different effect for each fire. This is one improvement among many in this area.

Just as an added note, I was working a rag job once and tested a piece of fabric covered in nitrate dope, then butyrate dope. The stuff lights up pretty close to gasoline! Not sure what it would look like at 200mph though.

My co-worker's boss was covering a Cub and the static electricity from sanding lit the whole thing like a moth. The fabric quickly vanished in smoke. Thankfully it was just a matter of covering again. haha
