Hi All. Am new here, apologize for bringing this up. As some background, no stranger to flight sims, was quite heavily involved back in the old SDOE, Rowan's BoB, and original IL2 days. Know my way around a computer a little bit ( enough to be dangerous). I got Cliffs of Dover via Steam a bit over a year ago ( always hated Steam, from back in the Half Life days ). Had a initial problem with getting it to load, but was quickly sorted, and was able to fly a bit ( still have my old gear -- CH FLightstick, Throttle, Rudder Pedals, and Track IR ). A couple of physical limitations keep me from flying much these days, and online not at all. I decided to check out Blitz the other day ; got it downloaded and installed, and prepared to fire it up. No go. It ran the 'initial setup' bit, showed as 'running' for about 3 seconds, and pffft. Nothing. Rechecked Steam settings to make sure all I had unchecked for CloD remained the same, and it was. I gave it about a dozen more tries over the next 48 hours, then gave up. Even CLoD wouldn't load now. I enabled Logfile, but apparently it doesn't run long enough to generate one. Checked System Events...each attempt had generated a error, all the same, so I kept one and will post below. Hopefully, someone can help.

Not sure if this info helps anyone figure out what I might have done wrong, though I expect it's something Steam has caused. I did run Steam's file verification routine, and all files verified.
