Question about the Info window

Every time I start for the first time the game and I join a server the " System Time " is displayed in red colour and I have always to switch manually to the " Medium Blue "...is there a way to edit the relevant file so to not have to do this every time?

Where do i go to find what numbers equal what colours, because I might want to muck about with my info windows and bugger everything up as i always do.... with everything....

I just tested it out, it doesn't help the problem anyway, so it's not really necessary.
Better just do it in the "info windows" in the game.

As example, I deleted everything but one and see what it's called in the file.
I used engine info window and check what number it gets when I save a color to it, since it's one of the readings where you can change the color.
