So I created 4 very small missions for vehicles to drive along an airfield. I was doing this to check all the vehicles were playing sounds but then I noticed the lighting has gone very weird! So at 7am, the light does work okay(ish) but then there is a really weird 'ghost' effect on the vehicles as can be seen here. (cache was completely cleaned before tests and I did it again before I ran the tests a second time):

So then at mid-day with overhead sun beating down, when everything should be clearly defined and we lit:

Then at 1500 we see the vehicles lit correctly in comparison:

Did something go wrong with the shaders that ave been added?
