Kittyhawk Mk 1A - WIP update October 2019.

Animation work, including the 3D Cockpit and external moving parts of the aircraft unavailable at this time.

North African map areas shown in this video, are Tobruk and Halfaya Pass - both WIP.

Bf 109 variants in video also WIP.

    Cheers,

    Pattle

First, great to see the progress

Not that I don't worship updates, it's just that things comes to mind whenever we get an great update.
So take this with a grain of salt when people post about current issues.
Noticed the "transparent" propellertip, visible on the cutting edge of the actual blade modelled.
This seems to be visible also for the Blenheim spinner closer to the spinner hub.
Will this cutting edge lines of transparent polygones anytime worked on to be non visible?
I also see lines on the MG engine cover at the front of the of the 109s cockpit. And on the wings and other parts, making it "see through" lines. It should be fitting, exactly with no space, but the graphics seems to not handle it like that and seems to keep a pixel width line. Little bit distracting.

    Great video Pat.

I liked the transition in the cockpit, take off green and pleasant land into the arid North African desert.

    Thanks for posting.

    Just so everyone is clear:

Animations for the instruments/controls/etc. in the cockpit are not present... neither are many animations for the external model.

The current aircraft texture/skin is a placeholder and will be updated.

Elements such as dust effects on takeoff/ground objects like rock formations or stone fields/AAA changes, etc. are also not present.

These effects will be present in the release. This video is just presented as a Work in Progress.

    Great work........ looking awesome!

I love this old war horse, not the fastest, not the most agile but solid and dependable, how I think of the Hurricane.

    Thanks for the update!
