I've tried to make stuff work but the only one that did was WWII Radio and that was years ago. Is there anything around these days that works?

No. Have that one too. Doesn't work sadly. I don't think there is one that works right now.

Radio FX TeamSpeak plugin permits manipulation of all sent and received sounds. I personally like a frequency range of 850-5000 Hz for both incoming and outgoing speech to simulate an aircraft radio. It works just fine on my system with the latest TeamSpeak3. (vs. 3.5.7)
I wish Discord had an equivalent accessory for incoming calls.

I remember when the WW2 plugin was being used by a lot of folk on TS.
The only problem was that when there were quite a few on the channel many of us couldn't understand what was being said by those using it.
It seemed to die a natural death.
System specs:
Gaming laptop: Metabox P750ZM, CPU Intel i7-4790K @ 4GHz, GTX 980m with 8Gb DDR5 VRAM, 16Gb Dual channel DDR3 RAM, 2 x Samsung EVO 840 500Gb SSDs, Win10 Home 64bit.
Gaming PC: MSI PRO Z690 WIFI DDR5 mobo, Intel i5 12600KF cpu, 32Gb Corsair DDR5 5200Mhz RAM, Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB M2 SSD, Corsair 850w psu, MSI RTX 3070 8GB vram vid card, Windows 10 Home 64bit.
It's a great pity this is'nt available to us anymore, especially now we have the Wellington bomber available,I remember using this with Squad mates back in it's day,and we loved it.....it gave that added immersion.
If it was updated to work with the current TS I'd love it back.

The SimpleRadio Standalone (SRS) App as used in DCS and IL2 Great Battles is much better.
