    Angry More armies more colours!

    Sooo... I can get the airfields to be different armies[colours], and get the spawn flags for different coloured armies. When I try to select the gold army the spawn turns white to select, and nada.. wont let me spawn.

    Is it even possible to have 3-6 different armies as a selection for multiplayer? I'm trying to do away with the red and blue, and have Turquoise, Gold, Emerald, and Brown.

    Exactly, or group on group dogfights!

    My intent was to make 4 armies, and have one group low skill ai, another group ai higher, and the last one expert ai. thus you cna fight in Tigermoths, and hunt for specific skill levels. Get some varied practice in.

    Or, capture teh spawn point. Have bombers land at opposing airfields and take control.

    I hope you get this to work - sounds like it is going to be a lot of fun with plenty going on for every skill level.

    I think the MMO or multiplayer aspect back then was more fun, the simplistic Idea of the 5-way country setup appeals to me still.

    You knew who you were fighting for and everyone else was the enemy You lose all your territory pick another team. Last country standing flips the Map.

    Green - GB, Yellow - USA, Red - Soviet, Purple - Germany, Light Blue - Japan.

    More recently games tend to be hung up on visuals and accuracy when all we wanted to do was kill everything.

    To get ahead of the competition I think alot of effort needs to be placed on the mission editors and server admins to create an online space that people keep coming back for more.

    I've been fiddling with it for a few weeks, too. With its csharp (c #) support iL2Cod offers quite good conditions. But knowledge in c# sharp is essential.
