It does look good. Fingers crossed at last a decent British WW1 film.

Following up, I actually think this was a masterpiece. I'm no film critic, but wow, this was good!
The cinematography was brilliant, and the pace of the film throughout kept me on edge with a few little breathers in between. The characters were believable and the acting top drawer.
I was very skeptical of the time frame the movie covered (like pretty much a day or 2) wondering how they could possibly make a 2 hour movie covering such a limited space in time, but the result was quite astonishing.

it was good...not epic. the camera work and the settings were great, good cast and few a twists. that first shot was on scale with the copa scene in good fellas....uninterrupted steady cam shot..
