Nice video. Exciting. Noticed that the gunnery started way out- rounds falling off everywhere- then- as the video continues-they start firing in closer and closer. IMO all of them should fire in closer- get more for your ammo. Wink,
Very cool. The pilot bailing and catching the chute was nice also- lil back breaker there. I could almost feel the 109 about to overtake and fire on the P40 who banked wingdown - and started to groan into a dive- seemed slow compared to the 109- at least from this take. Very nice. Great work. Pattle- Im sure you'll find a way to handle the P40- and I also look forward to something fresh to fly- as we all do. Soon. ( My kids grew up since this started - lol ) Two weeks. Save up.

Thanks Blasto.

The only parts that were not AI were the in cockpit shots, which was me. Everything else, the vast majority of the footage was the improved AI.

They went hard at each other! Was great to watch.

Bought a Spitfire 1a coffee mug (D_B). Showed Rob your Tomahawk vs 109F2 video on my tiny iPhone 7 Plus screen - he was captivated! Gave him the gen on this forum - hope he stops by!

But PLEASE PLEASE do stop the AI jamming on full rudder; it's completely unrealistic and we've had to put up with it since 2002 and the original IL2.

To give you a clue as to where this long-standing bug is, when a formation of AI aircraft turns, often only the leader jams on full rudder, the rest do it properly.

That's great Snapper cel phones for me are still the work of the devil. The only thing I know how to do with them is answer when it rings and call marios when I have a flat.

No, it's certainly still a screenshot-ruining issue - there's two of us flagging it up right here! I'm sure it must be an easy fix if only someone would get onto it.

Even some of Larry's screenshots show a rudder hard over occasionally and I'm sure he'd like to see it fixed too!
