    FMB consideration

An common error that mission makers do is ignore player plane instruments when setting cruise speed and flight height.

FMB adjusts is in Metric system, so the mission maker set, e.g. 300 KM/H, 2000 meters of altitude.

OK if player will fly as Luftwaffe pilot, but PITA if will play as RAF pilot, because their planes have instruments in Imperial system.

Then besides need do a (external) conversion, try keep 186 MPH and 6.562 feet's is not much practical.

So for RAF, mission maker should define in briefings simple, rounded units like 190 MPH, 6000 feet's and in FMB set their equivalent in metric: 305 (305.775) KM/H and 1.828 meters.

    Re: FMB consideration

Nice idea - I always wanted to code a slide ruler into the game. Here it would really make sense.

Seriously: Makes sense. Need to think about it.
