Im assuming u already have a headtracking device. Just run opentrack and make sure its responding correctly, then run clod , choose "quick mission " and then "cross country" mission and the aircraft of your choice, once you are in the cockpit on the ground you can then adjust any opentrack settings to what suits you , and all should be well. Theres lots of neat options in opentrack so its worth having an experiment to find what suits you.

If you haven't already got one you'll need to source or make yourself an IR clip for hat or headphones and put the dimensions of it into the software you're using.
As an additional step you can open the PS3 eye up to remove the IR filter and replace it with something opaque to visible light to help reduce interference.
If you're all set up and tracking is running (and working), then afaik it should just work once you're in a plane
exit the game. Go to "my documents" then " 1C softclub" then "cliffs of dover", right click the "conf" file and open with notepad, scroll down and make sure the line "trackIRUse=" is set to 1 and not 0 so it will look like this trackIRUse=1. save changes and close.
Make sure that opentrack is running, started and responding correctly to your headtracker before restarting the game. your ps3 eye cam should be picking up the lights from your irclip that is attached to your hat/headphones.
