    Bought the Tobruk add on but it has not installed

    I purchased the Tobruk add on but nowhere can I find an installation. Thought it should download through Steam but it does not show that I have purchased it! The 69.99 -15% ($59.49) came off my Visa card. Where is the game, how do I get to Steam support(no place to message them) or get support from Team Fusion.

    just start blitz, its part of that.

    Indeed, is an add-on not a separate game.
    When you start Blitz as normal, you should see the new logo when starting which means you have the add-on installed.

    Started Blitz but only old stuff, although certain plane upgrades were present. No single missions or practice missions with the new planes or maps.

    That's weird,

    Try also right-click on your Blitz game in Steam Library, Properties>Local Files>Verify Integrity of Game Files.

    Did as you said, all files verified. Looked at history (Recent updates) Only 5002(1 week ago) and 5003(Yesterday). Before that was 4.57 in Oct 2019. No mention of the Desert Wings Tobruk

    When the game starts you should see this:

    Once in the game you should see some new Tobruk scenes along with some of the earlier BOB scenes. The following are a couple of examples of what I see when selecting the server option at startup:

    The fact that you had the 15% discount should suggest that you purchased the game from the IL-2 Sturmovik store and what you should have got, other than a receipt, is a license key of the form xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx.

    My, possibly stupid, question is...did you enter this key into steam via either the 'ACTIVATE A GAME ON STEAM' or 'ACTIVATE ON STEAM' option? If not, the Desert Wings - Tobruk add-on will not download, you will only get the Blitz update.

    Hope you get it sorted, it's a great addition to an already great sim!

    Like Marco said, if you have the key and didn't activate the expansion, it will not download.

    There is the problem, no one sent me the key. Bought this August 2 but no key was sent, not even a email, but I did get the charge on my Visa!

    I don't remember a key 'sent' to me, but I was shown/told what it was at time of purchase along with instructions on how to use it.

    At this point I hope you have an profile set up at the IL-2 store, in which case log back into the store where you made your purchase. Click on 'profile' at top right then click on 'License Keys' in the red box to the right.

    At this point DO NOT click on 'ACTIVATE' but copy the license key and logout of the IL-2 store. Log into steam. On the 'Home Page' at the bottom left is a button for '+ ADD A GAME', click on this and choose the option 'Activate a product on Steam...' (see danperin's pics above) then follow the instructions.

    Yep, looked into my account and it said my last purchase was 8 years ago, but Xsolla*IL-2 Sturmo has charged my Visa account

    It would seem that something has not gone quite right.

    By virtue of the fact that you have used your credit card, you have a record of your purchase and it might come in handy if you need to get your money back.

    In the meantime you need to get hold of customer support and tell them exactly what has happened...or rather hasn't!

    If they can't give you a license key then you can always use the option of cancelling the payment through your credit card company.

    When the purchase is made at the IL-2 Sturmovik site, the "key" isn't sent, it's stored in your account under your profile/license keys, see below for an example (of course I have blacked out my key):
