Don't be arfaid to join us on the Multiplayer servers...that's where this sim really shines. If you download Team Speak (a free chat software) you will be able to talk to us directly and get answers instantly!     Welcome to the forum!

    When you launch Blitz/Desert Wings Tobruk take a look at the Main Menu and click on EXTRAS. Inside you’ll find a Getting Started Guide and a huge collection of fully detailed “Flashcards”. The Guide will help you get the sim up and running, the Flashcards will help get you into the air!

    As a personal experiment, I joined a recent bomber mission online in the TFS #3 server. I was vastly inexperienced in flying the recently-introduced Wellington, so I made sure I had the Wellington flashcard on hand when I joined up with the other lads. I went through the checklist to start up, taxi, and take off. Fortunately the mission leader, ATAG_Flare, did all the navigating to the enemy airfield target. I just had to follow the flashcard instructions to keep up with the others. The mission was a success, we all made it back safely (OK, landing was a little hot and I ended up going off the runway and disappearing up-and-over a sand dune...but I managed to taxi back to the cheers of my mates! ).
