    Tramecourt Airfield

Just a word of warning for anybody spawning out of Tramecourt airfield on the Blitz map in a He.111 or Ju.88. I have had problems on a number of occasions using this airfield for spawning in online missions with multi engine types. It seems if you are unfortunate to spawn in a fighter bay in a He.111 or Ju.88 you can't get out without wrecking your aircraft. I don't think this happens anywhere else so it must be a bug with Tramecourt. It happened last night in the Blitz Begins event and I lost fifteen minutes having to re-spawn at another airfield.

Vickers Wellington Mk1c. OJ-F P2517 'F for Freddie' of No.149 Squadron, star of 'Target for Tonight' directed by Harry Watt released in July 1941.

Freddy prepares for an air test prior to departure from Ford on ops with No.149 Squadron for a daring daylight attack on Marshalling Yards in Caen France 31\1|21. ATAG Operation Milk Run. Target destroyed. Six Wellingtons, One Blenheim together with
their Spitfire escort returned safely. One Wellington crashed on landing at Ford.

    Hi FLAK BOSS

We experience similar issues on UK fields sometimes spawning aircraft into 'bike sheds' instead of hangars, which are impossible to exit without wing removal. The simple process is despawn/respawn until the spawn-in point changes. Typically once or twice, or as needed.

    Thanks Daz.
I must admit even spawning inside hangers at RAF fields can present problems if you are not careful on exit. I notice that the Wellington is a very tight fit. Where Tramecourt can be worse it seems is when you end up spawning in a fighter bay in a He.111 and occasionally you are left facing another bomber and both aircraft can't move. Delays respawning often mean you are left trying to catch-up with the rest of the formation, critical if you are a bomber.

It is an old bug from this particular mission (not all mission have this problem).
I believe initially Tramecourt was intended for fighters, thus the tight leeway between parking bunkers.
I usually takeoff from Sempry (a little to the east of Tramecourt) when this mission is runniong.

Thanks Noofy. I will take your advice and choose Sempry next time.

    You’re welcome dazza
And while you will be looking for us at Sempry (by the way it is to the West of Tramecourt, not to the East...) we’ll be taking off from another field. Ligescourt? Oye-Plage? St-Omer?
Good hunting, and ... make sure you take a lot of fuel

Fuel is no problem. The French are always happy to give it away from unused airfields. Then it's a quick roll in a hayloft and back in the air.
    Very accommodating people.
