    Seriously is there a way to match on board crew to my pilot preferences?

    My Ju-88 pilot looks pretty good with goggles and ( dis) connected oxygen mask,BUT my crew members look pretty "dough-ey in comparison.I'd like everyone to be on the same page if possible. I know we can't have as good looking c=airmen ( & now air women...) as Great battles , but covering up their faces with goggles etc would sure help.Somehow I just don't trust that guy with the mustache next to me ...
