No. The mission rotates among 3-4 other missions, so you just need to be on the server when this mission is running

Spiritus,

I played this mission twice today and on both occasions it seemed to flip before either side had scored enough points. Just now Red won but I'm not sure they had the right number of points - i could be mistaken as i had only just joined though.

Der Da - can you recall how many points red had when you left?

I took a screen grab just as red was announced the winner and then when i did <obj<blue. Maybe this might help troubleshoot?

When I left, both red and blue had 1 point each (both achieved by AI raids).
I destroyed one of the blue radar stations and I remember that the blue U-Boats were reported to be destroyed to 40% or 60%.
But nothing near of completing all targets.

We had these strange map-flips also with other online mission, Operation Sandstorm I believe.
Again, I suspect it happens whenever one of the ship convoys is taken out.

yes I felt the same for both Sandstorm and Mirror. Mirror often flips as the u boats get hit - although doesnt seem to need all. And Sandstorm quite often appears to do it. It feels as if either a convoy or u boats are counint individual vehicles/boats for a victory point rather than the whole lot. If Spiritus wants a hand trying to debug it (he said earlier to a comment about sandstorm he was short of time) I am willing to try and help. I can put it on my machine and just try running it repeatedly. It would double as a learning process as well for me trying to write these things.
