    Aircraft's Take-Off Performance

    Hello everybody,

enclosed you find a tiny mission to test aircraft's take-off performance. Of cause it depends also on your pilot skills...

You spawn at Oye-Plage LFNN RWY 25 with 100% fuel load. Default is a Bf109E-1 but you can choose every other flyable aircraft.
As soon as your aircraft accelerates and moves down the runway (take-off run), the take-off distance will be calculated. When you have reached 15m (or 50 ft) above ground, you will get a HUD message with take-off distance and your achieved velocity.

    PHP Code:
line up point                 lift-off point       15m(50ftabove
                                                         above ground

    |          runway                |                      |
     ====|===================================================================
         |                                |                      |
         |                                |                      |
         |--------------------------------|                      |
         |
    take-off run                            |
         |                                                       |
         |----------------------------------- -------------------|
         |
    take-off distance
The take-off distance consists of two parts, the take-off run, and the distance from where the aircraft leaves the ground to until it reaches 15m (or 50 ft). The sum of these two distances is considered the take-off distance.

The mission script is simple and therefore easy to understand...

Well that's all. Test it and feel free to improve it. Your ideas / comments are welcome.

    ~V~

Beat this: 0 distance, 0 speed. I've closed the undercarriage while on ground

At this moment i work on the landing performance...
You will get it as "upgrade" within the "next 14 days".
    Promised!
