Wheel Brakes Activating While Switching Crew Position

As the title says while in the Wellington I use alt 1, 2 or 3 to switch crew positions and not always but usually the wheel brakes get applied to some percent. Enough that if I forget...which I usually do, upon landing I nose over. My only brakes keybind (that I know of) is B. Known bug or am I missing something? Thanks.

I dont know why it happens but it happens to me too i try to always hit "B " before i land or same thing I can nose over . no clue here what makes brakes go to 100 % or 50 % etc this is occurring on a ju 88
