Probable you have not used Hurricane and/or Spitfire in CloD.
In both you have a command called "Slow-Running Cut-Out", in Hurricane is a clickable and animated red knob in left side of panel, by click and hold (or press a key or button and hold) you turn off engine.
Seems that in Real Life stop the engine using this device - instead just close fuel tap an/or turn off magnetos switches, is necessary for burn the fuel in carburetor, lines.
In spitfire the "Slow-Running Cut-Out" is a small ring in the right side of panel, lower.
But is no clickable, neither animated - (
"It's Clod!"); but the command respond to key and button.
In this Bf 109 cockpit scheme, the label number 30 say:
"Engine instant-stop lever."
A function similar to "Slow-running cut-out".
Problem is that is difficult identify number 30 in this scheme, labels are blurred, but the position of other items with numbers close to 30 readable suggest that number 30 is the yellow knob.
Anyway, this is just curiosity, because in CloD Bf 109's this command are not modeled.
