    Error since patch 12 - Object reference...at Qiqit0ME8RGXXi69...

    Since the most recent patch (12) one server start we are getting this error:

    Code:
    =================================================
    System.Exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
       at Qiqit0ME8RGXXi69wGH1kRKnjtAhV$bWcKwQ_kdyJ9aG.5qO7l_nyQgR5Uf63dXLAXd8(String , Int32 )

    =================================================
    With this the server script stops/exits.

    Any clue what this refers to--what method is throwing the error?

    I think this started with patch 12 but it might have been 9, 10, or 11 as well. I know for certain it wasn't happening with patch 8.

    Thanks!

    FYI this was because we have a custom .dll that is to be placed in the /parts/core subdirectory and it was not there.

    I'm not sure why it produced such a mysterious message just for that.

    We had just moved the steamapps directory to a new SSD and it was something between that and maybe checking game integrity. Anyway, the .dll wasn't there and once it was back in place all seems to work just fine.

    Just in case anyone else ever gets this rather mysterious message.
