Game slows with repeating error until frozen

I always use the same mission for testing scripts etc.

Today I'm getting this error repeatedly until the game grinds to a halt:

Why would I have a missing 3d object today when I didn't yesterday?

Well, just tried it again before sending and it didn't do it! How strange. I will try again tomorrow and post the mission if it's still happening.
