How to repair Steam Cloud game files.

Hello I've noticed that some of you had problems with Steam Cloud and it basically down to old config files not being compatible with the new update, which can make the game crash right away.
Each game got it's Steam ID it's right on the bottom left corner when you open the context menu and click on properties of the game in steam.
So with that game ID you go somewhere to

    "\Steam\userdata\(userID?)\gameID\remote"
it looks like that for me
    userdata\64278145\754530\remote

You basically will find three *.ini files there for CloD Blitz
Now you can either swap them out with your files saved in the documents "1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover"
Or you can reset them, by opening them with the text editor, clearing all the text and save them, once you start the game, these files will get uploaded in case you have Steam Cloud enabled for that game.
You cannot just delete them as they are just getting redownloaded again.
Do not swap them if you already are ok with Steam Cloud, but you can back them up.
The files in your documents and your Steam Cloud files are not touching eachother and are loaded and saved independently of eachother..
