    Re: Anyone on 4K?

I'm playing it in 4K, 2K and HD. No issues with them. Game in 4K an absolute beauty but visual range is more limited in respect to lower resolutions.
Said briefly the higher the resolution, the shorter the visual range.

    Generic values:

    - HD resolution ( 1920x1080 at 120 Hz ): Max aircraft dots visual range 14 Km ( +1 km gained )

    - 2K resolution ( 2560x1440 at 60 Hz ): Max aircraft dots visual range 12 Km ( +6 km gained )

    - 4K resolution ( 3840x2160 at 60 Hz or 4096x2160 at 60 Hz ): Max aircraft dots visual range 10 Km ( +5 km gained )

Take a look here to get the best from the resolution of your choice:

4K with a bigger screen will increase the visual range. Less PPI Pictures Per Inch. 4K on a 27” is not an option for me for this reason.

Exactly. If you check below my signature you can see I have both a big screen and the 27". I use the big one for the game and I can assure you that the 27" is so small that in 4K you can't see almost nothing. ( I run VC on it ). 4K needs a big monitor if you want to being able to effectively use it in combat...at least with the current technogies available so far, IMHO.
