I have suddenly been plonked in a 110 cockpit and have no idea how to get the thing in the air. The engines are running but increasing the throttle does nothing and I can't seem to increase the prop pitch for some reason(??)

No I checked, I just can't seem to increase the throttle to very much making me think its a prop pitch issue. I have increased the pitch using the keys I had config'd for my Spitfire but it's not helping(?)

Check the starting procedure as described in the manuals and flashcards:
'Remove chocks and release breaks'
Engage the breaks once to release them.
For the throttle make sure you have 'both engines' selected.
So I got it moving but again, I just can't seem to get the RPM up? The controls are fine when I was flying the Hurricane and Spit but with the throttle up full the engines do not seem to be at full power in this bird. When I turn on the auto pilot the engines all rev up nicely and away she goes(?)
This sounds like prop-pitch.
There are models with auto-prop-pitch and those with manual prop-pitch. Depends which one you are sitting in.
Flashcards say:
Manual pitch versions C2 and C4:
The propeller pitch is manual (6), which means that it has to be constantly adjusted so that it never exceeds the limits of the engine
Auto pitch versions:
Ensure that the propeller pitch is at 12:00 o’clock (6)
That's all I can say, because I flew this damned thing only once
No it's okay I figured it out.
With the British planes I can see the pitch in % in the top portion of my screen via the options in the menu. In the German plane all it was displaying was UP or Down very briefly. While messing with the prop settings and looking around the cockpit I noticed two dials that were slowly turning. I turned them both up to 11 o' clock (?) and it powered up and took off nicely.
Phew, what a pain that was!
