Is there a way to move the "1c Softclub" folder out of the "documents" folder?

    Hi there,

is it possible to move the "1c Softclub" folder out of the "documents" folder? I use my documents folder for work and synchronize this folder regularly.
The 1c Softclub folder has no business in my business
Is there a way to move this folder somewhere else?

    Best regards,

    Aufpassen

    Hi Aufpassen,

The game obtains the folder path from the system so, without some wizardry, I don't think is possible.
The best way I can think of is to create a different user account to use with the game and then use "run as" to execute the launcher with this other user.

IC, I'll try if I can solve my problem with a symbolic link. Maybe that will do the trick.
If not, I'll try your solution. Switching between accounts probably works, but is a bit of a pain.
Anyway, thanks for the quick answer, best regards,

I use that too and it works great to sync configs and key binds in OneDrive and to use different SSDs for different modules in DCS. But my understanding is the link makes it appear as if the folder is there, so when he syncs it, it will pull all the content with it anyways. Regardless of where the real folder actually is.
