Do you have another 3rd party program which uses the mouse as a control running at the same time as the game?

If you do, then that will affect the use of the mouse within the game.

try renaming your .ini files so it creates new ones.
If the mouse works, then there's something in your config.
If it still doesn't, you can delete the new .ini files, rename the old files back and keep investigating.

Perhaps you have accidentally bound left mouse click to another function in Controls?

    Hi JackMaxx,

I would try checking if Alt + Left mouse combination is not assigned to another command.
I think the easiest way is searching your confUser.ini.

There are only two instances in my confUser.ini:
    Alt MouseLeft=DashBoard
    Alt MouseLeft=select+

What do you have in yours?
