wellington torpedo bomber exploding while taxing

Not sure if this is related to latest patch, I just tried to take a wellington torpedo bomber from canterbury and littlestone on the TWC server, both exploded while taxiing, I did not see any bomb craters or other obstacles. I also experienced some pixilation effects( after cache was deleted) these usually clear up themselves after game is rebooted a couple of times.

Strange.
I've just finish 2 flights with Wellington Torpedo too. One at Eastchurch, other at West Milling. Airfields was intact (no crater bomb or else).
Taxiing and take-off without problem.
