Saw it this morning, great stuff. The only other air worthy Lancaster is in Canada. https://www.bombercommandmuseum.ca/news/
We could use a couple of hundred of these in the TWC Jubilee Server

Yes, I saw the fly past on't telly and thought 'the Boys in Blue' did a wonderful job! As always! Stirring stuff!

I kept my eyes peeled and my lugholes pinned back but for once saw nothing! Not a sausage!

We quite often see aircraft from the fly pasts coming over Marlow and avoiding Heathrow but the latter was using a westerly approach to the runways....... and maybe that forced the flypast aircraft to divert.

Oh well! Just have to plan another visit to Duxford! Salute!

Posted elsewhere already but BBMF Lanc flew right over the house yesterday at c1000 feet but sure felt low.
    Heading direct west after London.
Four merlins purring and could see cockpit crew.

One advantage of wfh in the loft!
Quite a few of the street came out.

Too stunned to grab phone as heard coming and thought “those are merlins”

Euro fighter shattered the peace and quiet too.

Ha haaaagggghhh! Be careful what you wish for, Jack!

You're 'on,' Pat! Give me plenty of warning about your landing time! Heathrow is a bu**er to park in these days!
